Coming from completely different backgrounds, our founders all have unique experiences with fitness. Whether they started out struggling to gain weight and underperforming in sports, or obese and feeling held back by their shape, all of our founders can agree on one thing, finding fitness that worked for them changed their lives. Here at LKN Fitness group, we believe that no course, no trainer, and no magical secret will help you achieve your goals. we believe that the individual alone has the power to change and must be willing too. The problem is most people don't know how to start. Hi, I'm Javier, I got into the gym at 14. I began my fitness journey by losing over 50 pounds by lifting and doing cardio. this experience taught me how our bodies work how to use its mechanics to our benefit. since then, I've put on 40 of muscle and created a physique to be proud of. I've also invested time into powerlifting, on multiple occasions holding completion level bench prs. I've learned how to prioritize hypertrophy and strength while remaining efficient.
Cade
Hi, I'm Cade! I first entered the gym at 14 out of curiosity. That initial visit sparked a passion for fitness and strength training. Starting with light weights and guidance from trainers, I grew more dedicated over the years. Regular gym sessions and focused compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses became my routine. Through consistency and determination, I've gained 70 pounds of muscle mass. It's been an amazing journey of self-improvement, discovering my body's potential. I'm excited to see where my dedication to fitness leads next!
